Renewal of Determination for Collective Worship

At Green Lane, we currently hold a determination from the Leicester Standing Advisory Council for Religious Education (SACRE) that our daily act of collective worship does not have to be wholly/mainly of a Christian nature. This reflects our school where most of our families are from non-Christian backgrounds. 

Currently, we celebrate religion in a multi-faith way with stories and ideas drawn from world faiths, folk stories, legends, fables et cetera. These are all used to help the children reflect on, and contribute to, their understanding of the world. 

This determination is now due for renewal. As part of this, we would like to ask families for their views. As a school, we feel it is important that we have this determination in order to continue with our current practices. 

We would be grateful if you could complete this form to let us know your preferences and opinions. Please complete the form no later than 12pm on Monday 13^th May.

ગ્રીન લેન ખાતે, અમે હાલમાં લેસ્ટર સ્ટેન્ડિંગ એડવાઇઝરી કાઉન્સિલ ફોર રિલિજિયસ એજ્યુકેશન (એસએસીઆરઇ) તરફથી એવો નિશ્ચય ધરાવીએ છીએ કે અમારી દૈનિક સામૂહિક ઉપાસના સંપૂર્ણ/મુખ્યત્વે ખ્રિસ્તી પ્રકૃતિની હોવી જરૂરી નથી. આ અમારી શાળાને પ્રતિબિંબિત કરે છે જ્યાં અમારા મોટાભાગના પરિવારો બિન–ખ્રિસ્તી પૃષ્ઠભૂમિમાંથી છે.

હાલમાં, અમે વિશ્વની આસ્થાઓ, લોકકથાઓ, દંતકથાઓ, દંતકથાઓ વગેરેમાંથી દોરેલી વાર્તાઓ અને વિચારો સાથે બહુ–વિશ્વાસની રીતે ધર્મની ઉજવણી કરીએ છીએ. આ બધાનો ઉપયોગ બાળકોને પ્રતિબિંબિત કરવામાં અને વિશ્વની તેમની સમજણમાં યોગદાન આપવા માટે કરવામાં આવે છે.

આ નિર્ધાર હવે નવીકરણ માટે બાકી છે. આના ભાગરૂપે, અમે પરિવારજનોને તેમના મંતવ્યો પૂછવા માંગીએ છીએ. એક શાળા તરીકે, અમને લાગે છે કે અમારી વર્તમાન પ્રથાઓ ચાલુ રાખવા માટે અમારી પાસે આ નિર્ધાર છે તે મહત્વપૂર્ણ છે.

જો તમે અમને તમારી પસંદગીઓ અને અભિપ્રાયો જણાવવા માટે ફોર્મ ભરી શકો તો અમે આભારી હોઈશું. કૃપા કરીને સોમવાર 13મી મેના રોજ બપોરે 12 વાગ્યા પછી ફોર્મ ભરો.
